This policy explains how Casual Development ("we", "us", "our"), a web design studio run by Yossef Taha and based in Ireland, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit casualdevelopement.com, contact us, book a call, or become a client. We are the data controller for that information.

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; correct it; erase it; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). To exercise any of these, email yossef@casualdevelopement.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Irish supervisory authority, the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
